Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using JustCreator ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the platform.

2. Description of Service

JustCreator is a SaaS platform that allows Instagram Business account holders to automate comment replies based on keyword triggers. The service uses the Meta Instagram Graph API to read your posts and post replies on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@justcreator.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Instagram Account Connection

To use the automation features, you must connect an Instagram Business account via Meta's OAuth flow. By doing so, you authorize JustCreator to:

• Access your Instagram media and post details
• Receive real-time comment notifications via Meta Webhooks
• Post comment replies on your behalf based on rules you configure

You are solely responsible for the content of all automated replies. JustCreator will only send replies you have explicitly configured.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JustCreator to:

• Send spam, abusive, harassing, or misleading automated replies
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms or Instagram's Community Guidelines
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or overburden the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Meta Platform Compliance

Your use of JustCreator is also subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the automation features complies with all applicable Meta policies, including restrictions on automated messaging and comment activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of JustCreator are the intellectual property of JustCreator. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Your data and content remain yours.

8. Disclaimers

JustCreator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, and we are not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors caused by Meta's API or Instagram's platform. Automated reply functionality depends on Meta's webhook infrastructure, which may experience downtime or changes outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustCreator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, particularly in cases of Terms violation. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
